Nnamdi Kanu Appeals to Halt Judgment in Ongoing Trial in Abuja

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of IPOB, has filed a fresh motion in court to stop Justice Omotosho's upcoming judgment in his ongoing trial in Abuja. Kanu's legal team, led by Aloy Ejimakor, argues that the trial judge has not evaluated evidence properly and has denied the defense a fair chance to present their case.

Kanu seeks to ensure that the lower court does not proceed with judgment until key jurisdictional issues are settled. He warns against being unlawfully convicted without a fair trial.
