Nnamdi Kanu Seeks Appeal Court Intervention in Abuja Trial

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of IPOB, requests the Appeal Court in Abuja to prevent Justice Omotosho from delivering a judgment on his case, alleging an unfair trial and lack of jurisdiction. Kanu argues for a fair hearing and questions the legality of his conviction.

Meanwhile, the Presidency is undecided on Bola Ahmed Tinubu's role in the trial. Justice Omotosho had warned Kanu previously.
