Nollywood actress Regina Daniels' medical report emerged, indicating she tested positive for cocaine, marijuana, morphine, opiates, and high levels of alcohol. The report detailed her battle with substance abuse, prompting a detoxification program at Seren Royal Hospital in Abuja from September 9 to October 15, 2025.

Her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, sought help for her after she exhibited aggressive behavior. Despite challenges during the detox process, the hospital recommended stricter monitoring and psychotherapy sessions to aid her recovery.
