Rivers Sole Administrator Declares Success in Restoring Democratic Governance

Rivers State's Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ekwe Ibas retd, declares the successful restoration of democratic governance at the grassroots level in Rivers State. Following the completion of the local government election by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC), Ibas affirms the achievement of the mandate handed by President Bola Ahmed.

The RSIEC Chairman, Dr. Mike Odey, highlights the historic nature of the election, emphasizing its credibility and transparency.
