Nigerian Senate Confirms 64 Ambassadorial Appointments

The Nigerian Senate has confirmed the appointment of 34 career diplomats and 30 non-career appointees as ambassadors. Among the career ambassadors are Arewa Esther from Oyo State, Adeola Ibrahim from Ogun, Ramat Omonbolal from Lagos, Monica Okechukwu from Anambra, and others.

Non-career ambassadors include Femi Fani-Kayode from Osun, Reno Omokri from Delta, and others. This confirmation adds to the previous three non-career ambassadors, bringing the total number of confirmed nominees to 67.
