Wike Warns APC Secretary to Stay Away from Rivers Politics

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State issued a stern warning to APC national secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, to refrain from involvement in Rivers state politics. This warning came after Senator Basiru expressed support for Governor Fubara of Rivers State.

Wike emphasized that Rivers State is not a "no-go area" and challenged anyone to speak against the state. The statement was made in response to comments about supporting President Tinubu.
