Broda Shaggi Shot While Filming Skit, Hospitalized

On Sunday afternoon, popular comedian and social media influencer Samuel Perri, widely known as Broda Shaggi, was shot while filming a comedy skit in the Sango Ota area of Ogun State. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear.

According to a police source who spoke anonymously, the content creator sustained gunshot injuries during the incident. He was immediately rushed to Bloom Care Hospital located in the Alakuko area of Lagos State, where he received initial treatment and first aid upon arrival.

Following this, he was further referred to Duchess Hospital in Ikeja for continued recuperation. When contacted on Thursday, Abimbola Adebisi, a spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, confirmed the development, noting that the police had been alerted by the hospital.

Additionally, Oluseyi Babaseyi, a spokesperson for the Ogun State Police Command, stated that the incident had not been reported to the police in Ogun State.
