Broda Shaggi Shot While Filming Comedy Skit in Ogun

Samuel Perri, popularly known as Broda Shaggi, a well-known Nigerian comedian and social media influencer, was allegedly shot on Sunday afternoon while filming a comedy skit in the Sango Ota area of Ogun State. Sources familiar with the incident reported that he sustained gunshot injuries during the filming session.

Following the shooting, he was rushed to Bloom Care Hospital located in Alakuko, Lagos State, where he received initial first aid treatment. However, he was later referred to Duchess Hospital situated in Ikeja for further medical attention.

As of the latest updates, Broda Shaggi is currently recuperating. The Ogun State Police Command spokesperson, Oluseyi Babaseyi, confirmed that there has not been a formal report regarding the incident, as stated during a telephone conversation.
