BUA, AD Ports, MAIR Group Sign MoU for Agro-Industry Growth

On a significant date, BUA Group, AD Ports Group, and MAIR Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration in sugar refining, agro-industry, and global logistics. This partnership aims to create a world-class platform to strengthen food security in the region and support industrial diversification, reinforcing Abu Dhabi's position as a trade and manufacturing hub.

The collaboration will leverage BUA Group's industrial logistics expertise and Khalifa Port's infrastructure, aligning with the UAE's food security strategy for 2051. The initiative seeks to position the UAE as a global leader in sustainable food production and resilient supply chains, while also transforming Nigeria's agricultural sector to enhance domestic capacity and unlock new markets.

The partnership is designed to reduce supply chain inefficiencies and improve post-harvest logistics. Abdul Samad Rabiu, Founder and Chairman of BUA Group, emphasized that this MoU marks a milestone in BUA's international expansion and reflects a long-term vision to build a globally competitive industrial platform.
