BUA Cement Awards N4.5 Billion to Top Distributors

BUA Cement PLC, led by Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu, announced a cumulative N4.5 billion reward for its distributors in Nigeria during the annual distributor award ceremony held at Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos. The company recognizes its top-performing distributors for their resilience and contributions to BUA Cement's growth.

Distributors will receive a bonus of N30 per bag purchased, with the total sum earmarked for the initiative. Rabiu emphasized that the awards reflect the company's appreciation for distributor loyalty and performance.

The event, attended by industry leaders and stakeholders, featured various prizes, including cash awards, sports utility vehicles, and compressed natural gas (CNG) trucks. Two top distributors received cash prizes alongside two CNG trucks, while ten distributors were awarded brand new 2025 Toyota RAV4 vehicles.

A total of 30 distributors were recognized across four categories, including regional champions and market dominators. Managing Director Yusuf Binji commended the distributors' commitment and resilience, highlighting BUA Cement's focus on strengthening partnerships across its value chain.
