Senator's Bill to Upgrade ATBU in Bauchi Gains Praise

Senator Shehu Buba Umar's bill to upgrade Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) in Bauchi to a conventional university from a specialized institute has been lauded by the ATBU Alumni Association.
