Burna Boy to Host AfroBank FM in GTA VI Release

Nigerian singer Burna Boy is set to feature in the video game Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6) as the host of an in-game radio station called AfroBank FM. He will co-host the station with German DJ and producer Palms Trax.

In the game, he will appear as a radio personality named “Burna.” AfroBank FM will present a variety of sounds from across Africa, including 20th-century classics, amapiano, 3-step, and undiscovered tracks. This role builds on Burna Boy’s previous contributions to the Grand Theft Auto franchise, which include his hit single "Killin Dem" featuring Zlatan on GTA V’s iFruit Radio and "Gettin’ Money" in the GTA Online Cayo Perico update.

Grand Theft Auto VI, developed by Rockstar Games, is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Burna Boy joins a roster of international stars hosting in-game stations, including Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey, Morgan Wallen, Robyn, Trick Daddy, and Trina.
