Cadbury Nigeria Appoints Folak Ogundipe as Interim MD Following Adeboye's Retirement

Cadbury Nigeria Plc has named Mr. Folak Ogundipe as the Interim Managing Director, succeeding Mr.

Oyeyimika Adeboye upon her retirement on November 30, 2025. Dr.

Fred Emordi, the Head of Corporate Communications and Government Relations at Cadbury Nigeria, confirmed the appointment. Adeboye, who joined the company in 2008, served as the Financial Strategy Director for West Africa before becoming the Managing Director in April 2019, making her the first woman to hold the position since the company's establishment in 1965.

Ogundipe will now lead the company through various growth phases and economic transformations in the region.
