Celebrities Support Peter Okoye After Jude's Remarks

Following controversial remarks by Jude Okoye, who suggested that Peter Okoye's music career has declined since the breakup of the music duo P-Square, several Nigerian celebrities have expressed their support for Peter Okoye, also known as Mr P. Jude Okoye, Peter's elder brother and former manager, claimed that while Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) is experiencing career success, Peter's career is suffering.

This statement sparked backlash on social media, with celebrities like actress Evans Okoro urging Nigerians to support Peter by streaming his latest single. Destiny Etiko also encouraged fans to increase streams of Peter's track "I Can’t Look Away." Social media influencer Eseoghene Obire criticized Jude's comments as a betrayal, while comedian Deacon Famous discussed the management structure of P-Square, suggesting Jude took a larger share of earnings.

Other celebrities supporting Peter include Auta Waziri, Cynthia Morgan, and Nkechi Blessing. This public support comes amid ongoing family disputes, with Peter previously accusing Jude and Paul of diverting music royalties.
