Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has confirmed her readiness to participate in a celebrity boxing match against fellow actress Iyabo Ojo, reigniting their long-standing feud. The challenge, initially proposed for 2024 by entertainment promoter Paul Okoy, has resurfaced with Anjorin introducing new conditions via an Instagram post.

She stated that before facing Ojo, her husband, Chief Lawal, would first fight Ojo in a 10-round boxing bout scheduled for May 3, 2026. Anjorin has demanded that Ojo and Paul Okoy publicly provide proof of their financial achievements, alleging that Ojo's claims of wealth are exaggerated.

This public exchange has escalated tensions between the actresses, which have involved social media disputes and legal actions over several years. In 2024, a proposed boxing match with a 10 million prize failed to materialize, and in 2025, Ojo filed a 1 billion naira defamation suit against Anjorin, which was later struck down on procedural grounds.
