Chef T Launches Season 3 of Delicious or Disaster Show

The Nigerian cooking competition show "Delicious or Disaster," hosted and produced by Tolani Tayo-Osikoya, known as Chef T, will return for its third season on September 25. This season features 40 contestants competing for a total prize pool of N10 million, with each of the 10 episodes awarding N1 million to the winner.

The show was unveiled at a press conference attended by stakeholders, including Lagos State Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Systems, Ruth Abisola Olusanya. Unlike traditional cooking competitions, a winner will be declared in each episode.

Chef T noted the show's growth, highlighting the new purpose-built studio and set, along with support from multiple sponsors. Over 500 entries were received for this season, with contestants ranging from mothers and fathers to professional chefs and food enthusiasts.

The show aims to spotlight Nigerian food culture, featuring local ingredients and dishes. Chef T reflected on the production journey, from filming in a two-bedroom apartment to securing a dedicated studio for the current season.
