Chii.africa, Zimo Clan, and Maistrade Join Forces for Trade

Chii.africa, Zimo Clan, and Maistrade Multipurpose Cooperative Federation Limited announced a strategic partnership on Saturday, aimed at enhancing digital commerce and facilitating cross-border trade across Africa. The initiative seeks to strengthen digital market access, trade traceability, and cooperative financial structures in alignment with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) priorities.

The collaboration will combine Chii.africa's trade intelligence and infrastructure coordination with Zimo Clan's community network platform and Maistrade's cooperative development expertise to support farmers, traders, and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The partnership aims to improve market visibility and access to verified trade opportunities for cooperatives, enhancing their participation in the value chain.

Benjamin Okei Aduli, President and Chief Vision Officer of Maistrade, emphasized the importance of creating practical opportunities for African producers and traders. The partnership will also focus on developing trade verification infrastructure and improving product authenticity and supplier credibility.
