Chris Alabi's Mission to Enhance Education Quality

Chris Alabi, born in 1945 in Oyo State, is the proprietor of Ronik Group School. His mission to improve education quality was inspired by his own experiences studying under challenging conditions, including using lanterns for light.

After completing his primary education at Nigerian Baptist Convention School in 1959 and secondary education at Ire Baptist High School, he pursued higher education at the University of Ibadan, where he studied sociology. Alabi worked in various companies, including a conglomerate led by his mentor, Chief Ashamu, before deciding to invest in education.

He established several schools in Lagos, motivated by the need to provide quality education and alleviate the burden on parents who struggle to find good schools for their children. Alabi emphasizes the importance of private education in meeting the changing demands of parents and ensuring safety and quality learning outcomes.
