Peculiar Gospel Outreach Ministry Celebrates 10th Anniversary

The Peculiar Gospel Outreach Ministry marked its 10th anniversary with a two-day program in Imod, Kwara State, featuring a crusade on Saturday and a thanksgiving service on Sunday. Pastor Joseph Babatund, the ministry's general overseer, described this milestone as evidence of divine help, noting the ministry's growth to 15 branches across Nigeria and Togo.

The anniversary theme, "Ebenez," which means "stone of help," symbolizes God's intervention and protection throughout the ministry's journey. Babatund reflected on the ministry's origins, tracing back to a vision revealed in 1989 and the first crusade held in December 2008.

The ministry was officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2013, expanding its outreach to several towns and communities, including Ilorin, Ibadan, and Omuaran. The acquisition of land in new Imod town in 2015 led to the construction of a church auditorium, completed in 2016, further strengthening the ministry's mission of evangelism and discipleship.
