The Temple Company Celebrates 10 Years with Leadership Change

The Temple Company has marked its 10th anniversary with a significant leadership transition, indicating a shift towards a new phase of growth. Founder Idris Olorunnimbe has exited the company following the appointment of Bola Tinubu as chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).

Terfa Tilley Gyado, previously the executive director, has been appointed as the new CEO to lead the company into its next phase. The restructuring includes the elevation of several executives: Yemisi Falayi as Vice President of Legal, Kolawole Fashola as Vice President of Operations, Femi Salawu as Vice President of Influence, Adedamilola Adedotun as Vice President of Ventures, and Oladoyin Bakar as Vice President of People Partnerships.

Established in 2016, The Temple Company has evolved into a talent management firm with diverse creative business interests across media, entertainment, sports, and art, including ventures like Ogidi Studio and TMPL Motion Pictures.
