CIBN Supports ACAMB's New Leadership and Vision

The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) has committed its full support to the Association of Corporate Affairs Managers of Banks (ACAMB) following a strategic meeting held on Tuesday in Lagos. This meeting marked the formal introduction of the new ACAMB executive committee led by President Jide Sipe.

Sipe emphasized the importance of engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the association's vision is effectively realized. The newly constituted ACAMB executive committee includes Vice Presidents Morolak Phillip and Olugbenga Owootomo, General Secretary Ademola Adeshola, Assistant General Secretary Abiodun Coker, and Executive Secretary Fadekemi Ajakaiy.

CIBN President Professor Piu Deji Olanrewaju welcomed the ACAMB team, commending their forward-thinking vision and highlighting the need for collaboration to enhance the banking sector's standards in Nigeria. Olanrewaju also pledged support for ACAMB's 30th anniversary in September 2026, which will include fundraising initiatives and the development of an undergraduate mentorship scheme.
