City Boy Movement Launches Mobilisation for Tinubu 2027

The City Boy Movement (CBM), Ekiti State Chapter, has adopted a unified grassroots mobilisation framework to bolster support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid. This framework was introduced following a two-day strategic retreat in Ado-Ekiti, which involved members of the movement’s State Executive Council, Local Government Coordinators, and grassroots leaders.

The retreat, themed “Youth. Unity.

Action.”, focused on reviewing the movement’s structures and strategizing for effective local implementation. Kasali Oluwafemi, the State Director of CBM, emphasized the need for functional and accountable structures capable of delivering measurable results.

The retreat resulted in the Unified Framework for Grassroots Mobilisation and District Synergy, aimed at enhancing grassroots organization, membership registration, and community engagement. The strategy includes community-focused programmes such as environmental sanitation, medical outreaches, and youth-oriented activities.

Additionally, the Women’s Directorate plans to engage market women and entrepreneurs through regular activities, while a stronger grassroots media structure will be established to document efforts.
