Cloud Energy Unveils Solar Mini Grid in Plateau State, Restoring Power to Namu Community

Cloud Energy, in collaboration with the Rural Electrification Agency (REA), has launched a 50kWh solar mini grid in Namu community, Plateau State. The project aims to restore electricity to the community after two decades, fostering economic growth and job creation.

The Managing Director of Cloud Energy, Theophilus Nweke, highlighted the company's commitment to providing clean energy solutions to unlock the rural community's potential. Abubakar Abba Aliyu, the Managing Director of REA, emphasized the significance of the African Mini Grid Program in promoting renewable energy access and driving industrial development in rural areas.
