Dr. Enike-Matthew Leads Call for Innovation at PSC 3.0

The third edition of the Paradigm Shift Conference (PSC 3.0) took place in Abuja, where convener Dr Stephen O. Enike-Matthew called for bold leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship as vital for sustainable development across Africa.

The conference's theme, “Impossibility Is Nothing: Yes You Can,” served as a motivational call to action aimed at reshaping mindsets and inspiring a new generation of transformational leaders. Attendees included former Deputy Inspector-General of Police Frank Mba (rtd) and Chief Jennifer Hembafan Alih, founder of the Jennifer Ubah Women and Children Initiative (JUWACI).

Enike-Matthew emphasized that Africa's challenges stem from a lack of resolute leadership rather than resources, urging participants to embrace entrepreneurship and personal transformation. The event featured discussions on mindset, leadership, business, wealth creation, and women's empowerment.

A significant highlight was the launch of two books by Enike-Matthew, titled Beyond Survival and The Art of Dreaming Big, aimed at motivating individuals towards purposeful and impactful lives.
