Cornerstone Insurance Board Meeting Date and Closed Period 2026

Cornerstone Insurance Plc has filed a formal notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) informing shareholders and the investing public of an upcoming board meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 28th April 2026 at the company's registered address at Cornerstone Complex, 21, Water Corporation Drive, Off Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, commencing at 10:00 am.

The board will convene to consider two financial reports: the Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the full year ended 31st December 2025, and the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the First Quarter ended 31st March 2026.

In connection with the upcoming release of these financial statements, Cornerstone Insurance disclosed that a closed period commenced on 1st January 2026. This is in accordance with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Rulebook 2015, as amended, and the company's own Securities Trading Policy. Under the closed period restriction, all insiders are prohibited from trading in Cornerstone Insurance's securities until 24 hours after both the 2025 AFS and Q1 2026 UFS have been officially released to the public.
