Fortis Global Insurance (FTGINSURE) Board Meeting April 27 2026

Fortis Global Insurance Plc (NGX: FTGINSURE) filed a notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on 23rd April 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 27th April 2026. The sole agenda item is the consideration and approval of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for Q1 ended 31st March 2026.

The company also disclosed that a Closed Period has been in effect since Thursday, 1st January 2026, restricting insiders from trading in the company's shares. This Closed Period applies pending the filing of both the 2025 Audited Financial Statements and the Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements with the Exchange.
