Nigerian Court Orders Foreign DNA Tests on Mohbad's Son Amid Paternity Dispute

The Ikorodu High Court in Nigeria has mandated three separate DNA tests to be conducted abroad on the son of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Liam, to ascertain his paternity. The court issued this directive due to disagreements between Mohbad's family and the widow of Ilerioluwa Aloba.

The court's decision aims to resolve the dispute that has been ongoing for months. The tests will be carried out by three laboratories outside Nigeria, with the parties involved selecting two labs and the court selecting the third.

Mohbad's family seeks clear and unquestionable results, emphasizing the need to dispel any doubts regarding Liam's paternity. Joseph Aloba, Mohbad's father, expressed willingness to comply with the court's ruling, ensuring a smooth process.

The widow, Wunmi, maintains that Liam is the biological son of the late singer and stresses the importance of the DNA tests to address any lingering doubts.
