Court Restrains CAC and Registrar-General from Deregistering NYCN Amid Legal Dispute

The Federal High Court in Abuja has issued an order directing the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and its Registrar-General to maintain the status quo in the ongoing dispute over the alleged deregistration of the Nation Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN). This follows a legal action taken by NYCN President Amb.

Sukubo Sara Igb Sukubo to restrain the deregistration. The court has ordered the parties to maintain the status quo until the case is heard on October 28, 2025.

The Ministry of Youth Development and other relevant parties are also involved in the legal proceedings.
