Court Delays Judgment in Lamido's Lawsuit Against PDP Convention

The Federal High Court in Abuja postponed the judgment in the lawsuit filed by former Jigawa State Governor, Lamido, against the PDP Convention. Justice Peter Lifu delayed the verdict, citing the unreadiness of the court.

The case challenges Lamido's exclusion from the national chairmanship race within the PDP. The court had earlier restrained the PDP from proceeding with its convention pending the outcome of the lawsuit.
