Nigeria Customs Generates N2.4 Trillion at Apapa Port in 10 Months

The Nigeria Customs Service at Apapa Port announced the collection of N2.4 trillion in import duties between January and October 2025, with a record monthly revenue of N304 billion in October 2025. This achievement surpassed the total collection in 2024 within just two months of 2025.

The Customs Area Control Command commended stakeholders for their contributions to this success and emphasized readiness to handle higher trade volumes. The command highlighted efforts to enhance trade facilitation and revenue collection through efficient processes and vigilance to prevent revenue leakage.
