Dangote Offers Graduate Trainee Program 2025: Apply Now for Career Opportunities

Dangote Cement Plc has launched the 2025 Graduate Trainee Knowledge Programmes, inviting young Nigerian graduates to apply. The program aims to provide career-building opportunities in technical support service roles within the company.

It offers two tracks: the Support Services Graduate Trainee Programme and the Technical Support Graduate Trainee Programme. Participants will undergo training, mentorship, and project work across various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement.

The initiative is designed to develop a skilled workforce by exposing graduates to practical experiences in production, mining, instrumentation, and power engineering. This program presents a valuable chance for young Nigerians to kickstart their careers in a renowned company like Dangote Group.
