Dangote Refinery Cuts Petrol Price to ₦840 Amid Global Oil Market Shift

Dangote Refinery has lowered the petrol price to ₦840 per litre in response to the decrease in Brent crude oil prices to $62 per barrel. Other depot operators like AIPEC and NIPCO have also adjusted their prices.

The move comes after a virtual OPEC meeting where major oil-producing countries decided to maintain production levels until early 2026. This decision is influenced by the global oil market conditions and aims to stabilize prices amidst fluctuating demand and supply dynamics.
