Dangote Refinery Launches Hotline to Report Petrol Stations Overcharging

Dangote Refinery in Nigeria has introduced a hotline for citizens to report petrol stations selling Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) above N739 per liter. The refinery's initiative is to curb overpricing and guarantee affordable fuel for consumers nationwide.

Dangote Refinery emphasizes its commitment to delivering high-quality locally refined fuel to support the nation's economic interests. The refinery warns against creating artificial scarcity and manipulating supply, describing such acts as unpatriotic and unacceptable.

Citizens are urged to report any stations selling above the set price and to benefit from the reduced fuel prices. Regulators are advised to take firm action against any unpatriotic practices, especially during critical festive periods.
