Dangote Accuses NMDPRA Boss of Corruption in ICPC Petition

Aliko Dangote, Chairman of Dangote Group, has lodged a corruption petition with the ICPC against Ahm Farouk, the Managing Director of the Nigerian Midstream Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA). Dangote alleges that Farouk engaged in corrupt financial practices, including spending millions on his children's education in Switzerland.

The petition demands Farouk's arrest, investigation, and prosecution for allegedly embezzling public funds for personal gain. Dangote claims Farouk earned far more than his legitimate income while working in the public sector in Nigeria.

The ICPC has received the petition and is expected to investigate the allegations.
