Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc (NGX: DANGSUGAR) has informed the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public that its Board of Directors convened on Tuesday, 28th April 2026, and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements (UAFS) for the first quarter ended 31st March 2026.
The company stated that the UAFS will be published on 30th April 2026 via the NGX Issuers' Portal. The filing was signed by Mrs. Temitope Hassan (FCIS), the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser.
