Dangote Cement Q1 2026 Results Approved, Due April 30
Dangote Cement Plc has disclosed that its Board of Directors met on 29 April 2026 and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. The approved statements are scheduled for public release on or before 30 April 2026, in compliance with NGX rules.
Dangote Cement Plc (NGX: DANGCEM) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and other stakeholders of the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on 29 April 2026 in Lagos, Nigeria.
At the meeting, the Board considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026. The company has indicated that the approved Q1 2026 UFS will be released to the public on or before 30 April 2026, consistent with the disclosure rules of the NGX.
The filing also confirms that a Closed Period, which began on 1 April 2026, remains in effect. This Closed Period will continue until 24 hours after the Q1 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements have been formally submitted to the public. During a Closed Period, directors, employees, and other insiders of a listed company are restricted from trading in the company's shares.
