Davido to Perform at 2026 World Cup Countdown Concert

Nigerian music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is set to perform at the 2026 World Cup countdown concert scheduled for June 10 in Los Angeles. The concert, announced by FIFA, will also feature Diplo's Major Lazer and is part of a series of synchronized live concerts across the tournament's host nations: Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

The event will take place at the Crypto.com Arena, with doors opening at 5:00 PM PT and live broadcasts expected to begin at 6:00 PM PT. FIFA's global football governing body stated that the concert aims to celebrate the passion and cultural connections among the three countries as they prepare for the World Cup.

Manolo Zubiria, the FIFA World Cup 2026 Chief Tournament Officer for the USA, emphasized that the concert will showcase top talent in Los Angeles, a premier entertainment capital. Tickets will go on sale on June 3 at 10:00 AM PST, and the concert will be streamed live on FIFA's digital platforms, including TikTok.
