Idumuje Unor Monarch Lauds Governor for Infrastructure Growth

During the annual Oganihu cultural festival, the Obi of Idumuje Unor, Charles Chukwunwike Anyasi III, commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his development efforts, particularly in improving infrastructure within the community. He specifically mentioned the recently completed Justice Chukwudumebi Oseji Memorial Road, which honors a notable son of the community and former Supreme Court justice.

The festival serves not only to preserve cultural heritage but also to promote unity and peace among the people of Idumuje-Unor. The monarch expressed satisfaction with the restoration of the Aniocha North State House of Assembly constituency 2, which includes Idumuje and Odiani clans, anticipating accelerated development for the residents.

He also acknowledged the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) for enhancing the road network in Idumuje Kingdom, which has improved connectivity and socio-economic activities. The festival featured cultural displays, with Imeogbe Village winning the competition, while the traditional homage by chiefs added to the vibrant atmosphere.
