Depot Owners Announce New Petrol Prices, Rival Dangote Refinery

Private depot owners have announced new petrol prices to compete with the Dangote Petroleum Refinery. Prices at major depots now range from N820 to N870 per litre, with reductions of up to N30 compared to previous levels.

MRS TinCan, Ardova, Zamson, and others have all slashed their prices, with some reducing by as much as N3 per litre. Rainoil Delta and Nipco are maintaining rates at N856 and N855, respectively.

Meanwhile, NNPC retail outlets in Lagos are dispensing fuel at N895 per litre. The price adjustments come as market analysts anticipate changes in petrol pump prices nationwide.

The competition among depot owners and refineries is expected to impact pricing at filling stations across the country.
