SWOFON Reports Nigeria's Agric Budget Below 10% Target
The Small Scale Women Farmers Organisation in Nigeria (SWOFON) has reported that despite a significant increase in Nigeria's federal budget for agriculture over the past three years, the allocation still falls short of the 10% target established by the Maputo and Malabo commitments.
