ABC Transport Reports 121% Profit Growth, Turnover Hits N16.31bn in 2025

ABC Transport Plc, a leading road transport company in Nigeria, released its unaudited results for the year ending December 31, 2025, showcasing impressive financial performance. The company recorded a consolidated gross profit of N1.4bn, marking a significant 121% growth from the previous year.

Turnover also saw a substantial increase from N12.61bn in 2024 to N16.31bn in 2025, representing a 29% growth. Profit before tax surged by 46% from N592.53m in 2024 to N863.7m in 2025.

The company's Managing Director, Mr. Jude Nneji, attributed the improved performance to diversification and resilience across its operational segments, including road transport, logistics, cargo, and passenger services.

ABC Transport's business portfolio includes ABC Cargo Express Limited, which provides courier and warehousing services, as well as travel operations within Nigeria and the West African coast. The company also operates a budget hotel in Abuja and a driver training academy.

Looking ahead to 2026, the company plans to focus on expanding its cargo, courier, and logistics branches, renewing its fleet, and enhancing its transport operations.
