NNPP Urges Kano Governor Not to Defect to APC Amid Rejection Claims

The New Nigerian People's Party (NNPP) has appealed to Kano State Governor not to defect to the All Progressives Congress (APC), citing public rejection of the APC. NNPP Chairman in Kano, Suleiman Dungurawa, addressed the press, denying speculations of party members plotting against Gov.

Yusuf. He emphasized that Rabiu Kwankwaso, the party's national leader, does not support the current political situation in Kano.

Dungurawa advised residents to stay calm and continue lawful activities, warning party members against associating with documents allegedly circulated by mischief-makers regarding defection to the APC.
