The Democratic Republic of Congo has recorded a fresh increase in Ebola cases, with health authorities confirming a cumulative total of 1,155 cases, which includes 304 deaths. According to the latest government situation report, there were 37 new infections and five additional deaths documented within the previous 24 hours.
