Sowore Presents Video Evidence of Omokri Insulting Tinubu in Cybercrime Trial

Omoyele Sowore, a former presidential candidate and activist, presented video evidence in a Federal High Court in Abuja showing Reno Omokri, a former presidential aide, referring to President Tinubu as a "drug lord." The court admitted the video exhibit during Sowore's cybercrime trial. The video allegedly contained Omokri claiming to possess documentary evidence linking President Tinubu to drug-related offenses.

Sowore faces charges under the Cybercrime Act for transmitting false messages causing public disorder. The Department of State Services (DSS) was questioned about Omokri's ambassadorial nomination and their interactions with President Tinubu.

Sowore pleaded not guilty to the charges and the case was adjourned for further proceedings.
