US Firm Warns Tinubu Over Drug Allegations

Von Batten-Montague-York, a US-based political advisory and lobbying firm, has issued a warning to Nigerian President Bola Tinubu over allegations related to drug trafficking. The firm claims that Tinubu's name appears in US drug-related records, specifically alleging his involvement in a criminal organization that smuggled heroin from Nigeria to the US during the 1980s and 1990s.

Dr. Von Batten, the firm's founder, briefed US lawmakers, including Representatives John McGuire and Diego Morales, about these allegations at the Republican National Midterm Convention. The firm asserts that the organization was linked to heroin trafficking through Chicago and Indiana, with proceeds laundered through banks in Virginia.

Although there have been no criminal convictions against Tinubu, the firm intends to continue highlighting these allegations. Recently, they confirmed that new filings related to the case Greenspan v.

Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys et al. have been accepted by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which will allow their claims to be considered in ongoing proceedings.
