D’Tigers Arrive In Angola For 2025 FIBA AfroBasket

Nigeria's D'Tigers have arrived in Angola for the 2025 FIBA AfroBasket tournament. The final roster, released on Saturday, includes NBA shooting guard Josh Okogie and Houston Rockets' Kaodirichi Talib Zanna.

Other players on the team are Stan Okoye, Mike Nuga, and Devine Eke, among others. Head coach Mohammed Abdulrahman will lead the technical crew, with Deji Akindele and Ikenna Smart as assistants.

Nigeria is placed in Group B alongside defending champion Tunisia, Cameroon, and Madagascar. The tournament kicks off on August 13, with the knockout stage starting on August 18 and the final scheduled for August 24 at the Pavilhão Multiusos de Luanda.

The D'Tigers are aiming for their second AfroBasket title, having last won the competition in 2015.
