Rafiu Durosinmi Marries After Leaving Super Eagles Camp

Rafiu Durosinmi, a striker for the Super Eagles, married his Belgian-Nigerian bride, Prais Nwanegbo, over the weekend after leaving the national team's camp. Durosinmi departed from Team Warsaw following a 2-2 draw against Poland on Wednesday.

He had initiated an invitation to travel to London for the wedding, which led to his withdrawal from the squad preparing for the United Cup. Team Warsaw's coach, Eric Chell, had already withdrawn key players, including Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman, from the match.

Durosinmi had made his senior debut against Zimbabwe, coming on in the second half, contributing to Nigeria's 2-0 victory. His performance earned him a place in the starting lineup for the United Cup final against Jamaica, where he partnered with captain Terem Moffi in attack, helping Nigeria secure a 3-0 victory and successfully retain the United Cup trophy.
