ADC Leadership in Edo State Remains United and Stable

On February 22, 2023, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) held a successful leadership meeting in Edo State, affirming the unity and stability of its leadership. Mabel Oboh, the South-South publicity secretary, stated there were no crises within the party, despite a brief disruption caused by unidentified individuals at the entrance.

The meeting was attended by key figures, including national chief whip Festus Igbinoba and Edo State chairman Kennedi Odion. Legal advisor Osunbor Oserheimen confirmed that the meeting was validly convened and concluded without any constitutional breaches.

The leadership emphasized their focus on grassroots mobilization and maintaining party cohesion amidst evolving political climates. Oboh and other leaders dismissed any speculation of division within the party, asserting that the ADC remains aligned and committed to moving forward effectively.
