Edo Deputy Governor Thanks Supporters After Mother's Death

Denni Idahosa, the Deputy Governor of Edo State, publicly thanked several individuals and organizations for their support following the death of his mother. In a statement released on Saturday by his Chief Press Secretary, Fridai Aghedo, Idahosa recognized the solidarity shown by Governor Mondai Okpebholo, Senator Adams Oshiomhole, and others during this challenging period. He noted that the support from the community helped his family remain strong despite the loss. Idahosa mentioned that his mother lived to be 95 years old, reflecting on her long life and the care she provided to her children. During a condolence visit, former Governor Lucky Igbinedion praised Idahosa for his care of his mother. Various associations, including the Edo State Tipper Driver Association and the Waste Management Association, also expressed their condolences and pledged support to the family in their time of grief. Alhaji Mansur Ibrahim, representing the Arewa APC Edo State Chapter, urged the family to remain strong.
