CAN and APC Leaders Urge Prayers for Tinubu on Eid

During Eid-el-Fitr celebrations, the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) President Daniel Okoh urged Nigerians to pray for President Bola Tinubu and promote national unity. Okoh emphasized that the Eid celebration symbolizes faith, sacrifice, and the need for collective action to tackle the country's economic and security challenges.

He expressed that the nation’s progress relies on unity across faiths and ethnicities. Okoh also called for a commitment to social justice and healing, encouraging Nigerians to support vulnerable populations.

Similarly, All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain Kayode Ojo stressed the importance of continuous prayers for Tinubu's leadership to rejuvenate the economy and restore hope among the populace. Ojo, a governorship aspirant for the 2026 Ekiti elections, highlighted the need for collective support for effective governance and noted that recent reforms under Tinubu's administration could benefit Nigeria's trajectory.
